Driver License Orem Office Reopens with Limited Services
OREM, Utah – The Driver License Orem Office has officially reopened its doors to the public after being closed for several weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the office is only offering limited services at this time in order to prioritize the health and safety of both staff and customers.

The Driver License Orem Office, located at 1442 W Center St, Orem, UT 84057, is now open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, walk-ins are not allowed at this time, and appointments must be made in advance in order to visit the office.

“We are thrilled to be able to reopen our doors and serve the community once again,” said John Smith, the manager of the Driver License Orem Office. “However, we want to ensure that we are following all necessary safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is why we are only offering limited services and requiring appointments for all visits.”

Some of the services that are currently available at the Driver License Orem Office include driver’s license renewals, duplicate licenses, and motorcycle endorsements. However, services such as knowledge tests and road tests are not being offered at this time in order to limit the amount of time customers spend in the office.

“We understand that this may be frustrating for some customers who were hoping to take their road test or renew their license in person,” said Smith. “However, we believe that these measures are necessary in order to keep both our staff and customers safe during this time. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate these challenging circumstances.”

In order to make an appointment at the Driver License Orem Office, customers can visit the Utah Driver License Division website at https://dld.utah.gov/. They can also call the office directly at (801) 965-4437 to schedule an appointment over the phone.

“We want to make the appointment process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers,” said Smith. “Whether they prefer to schedule online or over the phone, we are here to help guide them through the process and answer any questions they may have.”

Customers who do visit the Driver License Orem Office are required to wear a face mask at all times and practice social distancing while inside the building. Hand sanitizer stations have been set up throughout the office, and staff members are regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of germs.

“We are doing everything we can to create a safe and healthy environment for both our staff and customers,” said Smith. “We understand that these are uncertain times, but we want to assure everyone that we are taking every precaution necessary to protect their health and well-being.”

Despite the limited services currently being offered at the Driver License Orem Office, Smith is optimistic about the future and the eventual return to normal operations.

“We are continuously monitoring the situation and following guidance from health officials in order to determine when we can expand our services and welcome more customers back into the office,” said Smith. “In the meantime, we are committed to providing the best possible service to those who do visit us, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding during this time.”

As the Driver License Orem Office continues to navigate these challenging times, Smith is encouraging customers to stay informed by visiting the Utah Driver License Division website and following their social media channels for the latest updates and information.

“We are all in this together, and we will get through it together,” said Smith. “Thank you to everyone for their continued support and patience as we work to reopen the Driver License Orem Office and continue serving the community in the safest way possible.”
