The new system, which went into effect on January 1st, 2022, is part of an ongoing effort by the state to modernize and simplify the driver’s license renewal process. Tennessee residents can now log onto the TDOSHS website and complete the address change form in just a few minutes, without the hassle of waiting in line or submitting paperwork by mail.
