California Introduces New Written Test for Driver’s Licenses
SACRAMENTO, CA – In an effort to ensure that drivers on the road are knowledgeable and safe, the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has announced a new written test for those seeking a driver’s license. The updated test, which will be rolled out in the coming months, will feature a more comprehensive and modernized set of questions designed to assess drivers’ understanding of the rules of the road and their ability to safely navigate California’s diverse driving conditions.
The decision to update the written test comes as part of a broader effort by the DMV to improve road safety and reduce accidents on California’s highways and streets.
