The initiative, dubbed “Fast Pass Bay City,” allows residents to schedule appointments online in advance of their visit to the office. Instead, residents can simply log on to the office’s website, select a convenient time slot, and arrive at the office at their designated appointment time.
“We understand that our residents lead busy lives and don’t have time to waste waiting in line at the driver license office,” said Sandra Martinez, the office’s manager. “That’s why we launched this new initiative – to make the process as quick and convenient as possible for everyone.”
Since the program’s launch, residents have been quick to take advantage of the new appointment system. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many residents praising the office for its efficiency and professionalism.
“I had to renew my license last week, and I was dreading the long wait at the office,” said Sarah Johnson, a Bay City resident. “But with the new Fast Pass system, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was so easy and hassle-free – I couldn’t believe it!”
