The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced today that they will be implementing a new process for driver’s license change of address. The change comes as part of an effort to streamline operations and make it easier for drivers to update their information.
Starting next month, drivers will be able to update their address online through the DMV website. This new online system will allow drivers to input their new address and receive a confirmation email once the change has been processed. This will eliminate the need for drivers to visit a DMV office in person to update their information.

In addition to the online option, drivers will still be able to update their address in person at a DMV office or by mail. The DMV is also working on a mobile app that will allow drivers to update their information on the go.
