Dunmore Driver License Center Reopens with Updated Services
Dunmore, PA – After months of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Dunmore Driver License Center has finally reopened its doors to the public. The center, located on Keystone Industrial Park, had been shut down since March, leaving many residents stranded without access to important driver license and vehicle registration services. However, with safety measures in place and updated services, the center is back in business and ready to serve the community once again.
The reopening of the Dunmore Driver License Center comes as a relief to many locals who have been struggling to renew their licenses or register their vehicles during the closure. “I was starting to worry about what I would do if I couldn’t get my license renewed,” said Samantha Miller, a Dunmore resident. “I’m so glad the center is back open, it’s a huge weight off my shoulders.”
To ensure the safety of both staff and customers, the center has implemented a number of new protocols in line with CDC guidelines. These include mandatory mask-wearing, social distancing markers, regular sanitization of high-touch surfaces, and limited capacity inside the building. In addition, appointments are now required for all services to help reduce wait times and crowding.
“We want to make sure that everyone who visits the center feels safe and comfortable,” said center manager Lisa Johnson. “Our priority is the health and well-being of our staff and customers, so we’re taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.”
Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the Dunmore Driver License Center has also taken this opportunity to update its services and streamline the process for customers. One of the biggest changes is the introduction of online appointments, which allows customers to schedule their visit in advance and avoid long wait times.
“We understand that people have busy lives and can’t always afford to spend hours waiting in line,” said Johnson. “By offering online appointments, we hope to make the experience more convenient and efficient for everyone.”
The center has also expanded its services to include more options for customers, such as online license renewals, vehicle registration, and driving exams. This will help to reduce the need for in-person visits and make it easier for residents to take care of their driver license needs.
“We’re always looking for ways to improve our services and make things easier for our customers,” said Johnson. “By offering more options online and expanding our services, we hope to provide a better experience for everyone.”
As the Dunmore Driver License Center settles back into operation, residents are encouraged to book their appointments in advance and familiarize themselves with the new protocols in place. With these changes, the center aims to provide a safe and efficient service to all customers while continuing to uphold high standards of customer care.
“We’re excited to welcome back our customers and help them with their driver license needs,” said Johnson. “We know that this has been a challenging time for everyone, but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. We look forward to serving the Dunmore community once again.”
